* Deposit required with booking at £10 per person (non-refundable), unless cancelled one week prior to booking date. A full refund will also be issued if the course is closed due to weather conditions.
* All buggy reservations are to be paid for in advance.
* Final numbers and catering requirements to be confirmed no later than 3 days prior to visit.
* Oxley Park Members do not count towards qualifying numbers.
* Minimum society size is 12 non club members.
